It can handle all types of documentation, accounts receivable and payable, payroll, banking, inventory, general ledger, job costing, and details related to fixed assets and can run on all Windows platform.

Quickbooks: Quickbooks (Pro version) is another good accounting software. It can handle almost all things but can't help you with details estimated shipping costs, recurring transactions, customized vendor checks, 401K deductions, tracking items and specifying stock locations, tax service, time tracking, and fixed asset management. It can run on all Windows platform except Windows 95 and NT. You can buy it for $129.99.

Small Business Manager: This is another accounting software. The modules on offer are the regular Accounts Payable Module, Payroll/Employees Module, Banking/Reconciliation Module, and Inventory Module. However, it has no time billing or job-costing/ management module, and has only 6 reports available in the accounts receivable module. Also, it only runs on Windows XP. It is available for $999.00.
